The Ever Changing World of Pediatrics

Dalya Chefitz (RWJ–Pediatrics)

Join us as we explore pediatric medicine, its rewards and challenges, and its
unique physiology and pathology. Through lectures and discussions, you
will learn about what makes children healthy and ill from the vantage point
of various pediatric disciplines and subspecialties: cardiology, emergency
medicine, general pediatrics, neurology, and rheumatology. Come and
learn about new technologies and innovations as well as the tried and true
medical and scientific knowledge used to treat children. Understand why
children are at the same time the most vulnerable and resilient humans.
This seminar will be team taught by a number of participating doctors at
RWJ, including Dalya Chefitz M.D. General Pediatrics, Joseph Gaffney M.D.
Pediatric Cardiology, Nandini Moorthy M.D. Pediatric Rheumatology, and
